To report a bug, you should send mail to
support@1cis.com.
In your mail you should include:

Your operating system name and version.

Name and version of your mail client
(for mail issues).

Name and version of your web client
(for web issues).

A detailed list of steps to
reproduce the problem.

The resulting bug.
-
The expected behavior.
-
How often the bug occurs.
In general, the more information you provide,
the greater the chance that we will be able
to reproduce the problem and find either a
fix or workaround.
